On January 16, 2019, the Canada Border Services Agency, pursuant to paragraph 41(1)(a) of the Special Import Measures Act terminated the investigation of dumping of carbon steel welded pipe by Erbosan Erciyas Boru Sanayii ve Ticaret AS from Turkey. Pursuant to paragraph 41(1)(b) of SIMA, the CBSA also made a final determination of dumping of carbon steel welded pipe from Pakistan, the Philippines, Turkey, for which the investigation has not been terminated, and Vietnam.
The goods in question are usually classified under the following tariff classification numbers:

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal is continuing its inquiry into the question of injury to the domestic industry and will make an order or finding by February 15, 2019.
