The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the final results of its "changed circumstances" review of antidumping(AD) and countervalling duty (CvD) orders against circular welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products (standard pipe)welded ine pipe (WP), certain oil tubular goods (0cTG), and large diameter welded pipe (LDwP) from Turkey. The purpose ofthese reviews was to determine if Borusan Birlesik Boru Fabrilkalari Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (Borusan Boru) is the successor-in.interest to Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve TicaretA.S.(BMB).The DOC determined Borusan Boru is the successor-in-interest to BMB and accordingly, Borusan Boru is entiled to receivedeposit rate previously assigned to BMB
The dumping margins for the company are at 5.27 percent for standard pipe, 22.95 percent for welded line pipe, zero percent forOCTG and 5.11 percent for large diameter welded pipe, while subsidy rates are at 0.83 percent for standard pipe, 152.20 percenfor welded line pipe, 15.89 percent for OCTG and 0.92 percent for large diameter welded pipe
