US Threaded Fasteners, Inc. acquired Bolt & Nut Inc. in Tampa to expand its business to Florida. Bolt & Nut''s plant covers an area of 45,000 square feet, and the sales office covers an area of 5,000 square feet.
Threaded Fasteners has just acquired Stateline Fasteners in Georgia, and these mergers will bring business growth for the new quarter.
Founded in 1979, Threaded Fasteners has 42 million items in inventory and has locations in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Tennessee.
