After 2009''s financial crisis, Chinese fastener exports totaled around 3-4 million tons in 2017, with the export value of around US$4.5-6.8 billion.
The total quantity of Chinese fasteners exported in 2017 was around 4 million tons, rose by 0.2% compared with last year; the export value totaled around US$6.6 billion, rose by 5.32% compared with last year.
The main destination for Chinese fastener exports was the United States, followed by Russia, Japan, South Korea, Germany and Canada.
The quantity of Chinese fasteners exported to the United States in 2017 accounted by 21.7% of the total with around 860,000 tons and the export value of around US$1.38 billion.
