Anshan Iron and Steel Group in China signed up to an agreement on construction of hot-dip galvanized steel sheets mill for automobile with the government of Guangzhou city, Guangdong Province, in the end of December. The mill has annual 450,000 tons of output capability, and it will be completed until 2016.
