According to data released
by Ukraine’s Cabinet of Ministers, the country’s output of finished steel
products totaled 26.625 million tons in the January-November period, down by
0.1% year on year.
In the given period of time, the country’s production
of crude steel totaled 30.020 million tons, up by 0.6%; that of pig iron was at
26.637 million tons, rising by 1.8%, both compared to the figures in the same
period of a year ago.
Meanwhile, Ukraine’s output of metallurgical coal
in the given period of time totaled 16.142 million tons, down by 7% year on
year.
