Nisshin Steel will start to construct special steel sheet factory in East China in the near future. The firm got operating license from subnational government recently. Building construction work will start officially and aims to complete in the summer of 2016. It is the first special steel sheet factory by Japanese iron and steel firm in China, and it will have annual 120,000 tons output capability. In China, automobile output is estimated to increase to 30 million level in 2020, and the firm respond to expanding high grade steel demand.
