According to the Brazil Ministry of Development, Industry and Trade announced in September, Brazil’s wire rod export fell to 41,300 tons month on month, due to ArcelorMittal’s wire rod exports fell by 48% month on month, to 11,600 tons.
In the meantime, Gerdau’s wire rod exports increased by 16.7% month on month, to 29700 tons.
