Bralco and AK Steel International join forces for specialty additive manufacturing components-The 20th China (Guangzhou) Int’l Spring Industry Exhibition

Bralco Advanced Materials, a Singapore-based company, has signed a collaborative agreement with Netherlands-based AK Steel International, a leader in the production of steel products. The partnership will be focused on developing specialty metal components using additive manufacturing for electromagnetic applications for the industrial equipment, aerospace, electric mobility and healthcare industries. In the agreement signed at Formnext, both companies laid out guidelines for advancing developments which could benefit and disrupt the targeted markets and applications. Bralco Advanced Materials will leverage its own expertise in producing functional elements using metal additive manufacturing for the partnership.
Based in Singapore, Bralco Advanced Materials is a R&D company specializing in metal AM with advanced materials. The company serves a range of industries, including aerospace, marine offshore oil & gas, precision engineering, automotive, defense and electrical equipment.
