Bharat Forge, a leading exporter of auto components in India, said that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire JS Autocast Foundry India. This agreement was reached by Bharat Forge and its subsidiary, BF Industrial Solutions.
JS Autocast Foundry India was established in 2004. It is a leading manufacturer of raw and machined ductile iron castings applied in the wind, hydraulic, off-highway, and automotive fields.
