Italian Danieli to build new rail rolling mill for EVRAZ North America-The 20th China(Guangzhou) Die-casting, Foundry & Industry Furnace Exhibition

Danieli, an Italian supplier of equipment and physical plants, announced that it had received orders from EVRAZ North America, a leading North American producer of engineered steel products for rail, energy and industrial markets, to build a rail rolling mill for producing quality steel rails in 100 meters long.
Danieli indicated that the rolling mill would be built in Pueblo, Colorado. The plant was expected to have an annual capacity of 670,000 short tons and would become the most modern rail rolling mill in North America.
The plant''s product range included flat-bottom rails and thick-web rails, weighing up to 88 kg per meter and lengths up to 100 meters. Those products were suitable for heavy-duty, high-speed rail and other applications.
