Since, Taiwan''s Chung Hung Steel(CHS) announced to lower its hot rolled coil prices by NT$300/ton for December.
Taiwanese pipe mills will announce to adjust list prices today. They may follow the Chung Hung Steel''s new list prices and decide to cut the small diameter black pipe by NT$300/ton, to leave galvanized pipe prices unchanged.
Currently, the demand is not improved in the market. Therefore, the price may be able to negotiate, depend on the deal quantity.
