專利摘要顯示，本發明涉及一種經濟型355MPa級熱軋鋼板及其延伸率穩定控制方法，鋼板化學成分為C 0.15％～0.18％，Si 0.20％～0.35％，Mn 0.95％～1.15％，P≤0.03％，S≤0.02％，Nb 0.01％～0.03％，Ti 0.005％～0.0150％，Al 0.015％～0.035％，N 0.01％～0.02％，余量為Fe和雜質。通過控制各生產過程，無需后續回火熱處理就能滿足鋼板的性能指標要求，解決了此類經濟型鋼板由于頭尾溫降快、軋制鋼板長度短導致模型跟蹤不精確以及合金減量化后冷卻工藝窗口變窄，使鋼板長度方向頭尾出現過冷，造成鋼板延伸率低于技術標準，影響鋼板一次性能合格率的問題。
