專利摘要顯示，本發(fā)明公開了一種多用途熱卷熱處理設(shè)備，包括沿帶鋼的運(yùn)行方向依次設(shè)置的開卷機(jī)、熱處理爐、冷卻裝置和卷取機(jī)；所述開卷機(jī)的上料輥道、小車上設(shè)有熱卷保溫罩，用于等待位置的熱卷進(jìn)行保溫，減少熱卷的熱量損失。本發(fā)明將熱軋產(chǎn)線卷取后的熱卷，高溫狀態(tài)下再次開卷，進(jìn)行退火、回火或者組織配分熱處理，充分利用熱卷余熱，減少再次加熱所需的熱量，同時(shí)達(dá)到改善熱卷性能均勻性、降低強(qiáng)度、減少殘余應(yīng)力，以及開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品的目的。
