金融界 2024 年 8 月 20 日消息，天眼查知識產權信息顯示，山西太鋼不銹鋼股份有限公司申請一項名為“一種建筑模板用 Cr12 型不銹鋼的高強化熱處理方法“，公開號 CN202410473085.9，申請日期為 2024 年 4 月。
專利摘要顯示，本發(fā)明公開了一種建筑模板用 Cr12 型不銹鋼的高強化熱處理方法，包括：將冷軋后的 C12 型不銹鋼放在高溫爐中加熱至 900±10℃，保溫時長基于 C12 型不銹鋼的材料厚度控制為 1min/mm；將保溫完成后的 C12 型不銹鋼空冷 3～5s 后再迅速水冷到室溫。本發(fā)明能夠將馬氏體組織的含量比例合理控制在 25～30％，使 Cr12 型不銹鋼材料達到強度、硬度和韌性的最佳匹配，可將 Cr12 型不銹鋼的屈服強度提升至 400～420MPa；表面硬度提升至 180～190HV；延伸率保持在 18～20％，使用過程不會造成凹坑和鼓包，由此能夠滿足 Cr12 型不銹鋼材料在建筑模板行業(yè)的使用需求。
