金融界2024年12月6日消息，國家知識產權局信息顯示，河北雄安博為智能科技有限公司取得一項名為“一種金屬表面熱處理加工裝置”的專利，授權公告號 CN 222100039 U，申請日期為2024年3月。
專利摘要顯示，本實用新型公開了一種金屬表面熱處理加工裝置，涉及金屬表面熱處理技術領域。本實用新型包括底板，底板上設有下夾持裝置，底板上設有導向條，導向條一側彈性滑動配合有高頻淬火機，高頻淬火機與底板之間設有彈簧，高頻淬火機一側設有加熱線圈。本實用新型通過將工件定位在下夾持裝置內，開啟電動推桿驅動安裝壓板、壓緊立柱下滑，壓緊立柱插入加熱線圈內后，安裝壓板推動高頻淬火機同步下滑，彈簧壓縮，直至壓緊立柱底端與工件上側貼合進行熱處理，在進行熱處理后，開啟電動推桿驅動安裝壓板、壓緊立柱上滑，開啟彈簧推動高頻淬火機、加熱線圈上滑，便于工件放置在下夾持裝置內，通過設置高頻淬火機、加熱線圈通過彈簧上下往復滑動。
