金融界2025年2月3日消息，國家知識產權局信息顯示，泰州瑞北工業爐有限公司取得一項名為“一種大承載爐輥”的專利，授權公告號CN 222418575 U，申請日期為2024年6月。
專利摘要顯示，本實用新型公開了一種大承載爐輥，包括軸頭、第一過渡輥套、輥身、第二過渡輥套和減速機軸頭，所述軸頭、第一過渡輥套、輥身、第二過渡輥套和減速機軸頭依次相連接，所述輥身內套裝有輥芯，所述輥芯與輥身內壁之間構成至少二點的接觸連接，本實用新型技術方案采用了輥身內部增加支撐件的方式提高了輥身的機械強度，在輥身長跨度或者工件重承載或者長時間熱處理時，輥身可以保持原有狀態，消除了微變形現象，提升了爐輥的使用壽命，更換頻率低，經濟性高。
